Limited Warranty

The warranty obligations of Pokcenser Automation Technology Co.,Ltd for this product are limited to the terms set forth below:

What is covered

This limited warranty covers product defective or non-conforming to the order. Including those products:

·Electromagnetic Flow Meters

·Ultrasonic Flow Meters

·Turbine Flow Meters

·Vortex Flow Meters

·Radar Flow Metes

·Pressure Transmitters and other types of products

·Pressure Level Sensors

·Ultrasonic Level Sensors

·Radar Level Sensors

·Capacitance Level Sensors

·Magnetostrictive Level Sensors

What is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Pokcenser Automation to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.

How Long this Coverage Lasts
The standard limited warranty for Pokcenser’s products is twelve (12) months from the date of manufacturing date.

Type of Warranty Service
Free Repair: We provide free repair services for the failure products due to manufacturing or material defects.

Free Replacement: If a product cannot be repaired within the warranty period, we may provide a replacement service.

Extended Warranty
The Warranty period can be extended upon the request of clients, for example 18 months, or 24 months, 36 months. Pokcenser should be noticed in advance for extension requirement before the commercial negotiation.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Only Products that are defective or non-conforming to the order may be returned with prior authorization from Pokcenser. Once we receive the returned product(s), our team will inspect the items and evaluate their condition. We will then proceed with the resolution according to you preferred choice (replacement, or credit)
